My reminders aren't arriving

Almost always this is iOS notification permission. Open iOS Settings → Routine Planner → Notifications and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Check that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them at your wake-up time, and that Scheduled Summary isn't holding them until later in the day.

If permission was declined the first time the app asked, iOS won't ask again — you have to turn it on in Settings yourself.

I forgot to plan last night. Did I lose my morning?

No. Add your regular tasks under Every-morning items in Settings, and the app builds each day from those on its own. Your wake-up reminder still arrives, with the checklist, whether or not you opened the app the night before. Planning is there for when tomorrow is unusual, not as a daily chore.

How does the leave-by countdown work?

Set a time you need to be out the door, either for one morning on the Tonight tab or as a default in Settings. The Today screen then counts down to it. It stays calm while you have time, turns amber inside fifteen minutes, and turns red inside five — and you get a warning ten minutes before, plus an alert at go-time.

The traffic warning never appears

Add both a home address and a work or day-care address under Traffic heads-up in Settings, and make sure each one saves without an error — if an address can't be found, try adding the city and state. The check runs when you open the app in the morning, and it only warns you when your route is running about ten minutes or more behind normal. A quiet morning means the road is clear.

Does the app track my location?

No. It never asks for location permission and never reads your GPS. The traffic check works purely from the two addresses you typed in. See the privacy policy for the detail.

Restoring a subscription on a new phone

Open the plans screen from Settings and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID that bought it, your subscription comes back. There is no account to log into.

Cancelling or getting a refund

Cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Routine Planner. You keep access until the period you've paid for ends. Refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your data

Everything the app stores lives on your phone, so deleting the app deletes all of it. There is nothing held on a server for us to remove.

Something else, or a bug

Email support@acarinllc.com. It helps if you include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you expected to happen versus what did.
